We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We want to add some custom features to your plugin that require programming development, and we would like to know if you offer this service with a separate quote, or if you work with a development partner who knows the plugin and can quote for these features.

    Among the features would be the ability to create regular users and premium users, offer packages that are booked in one time instead of successive bookings, and the option to make an automatic booking of packages with different activities that block in the calendar only the indicated activities and not a continuous block of time.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    At the moment, we don't offer customization services, but we will be adding that in the future (no ETA, though). Since this would require hiring at least one of our developers, it would most likely be around $700, but this is just a rough estimate.

    WP Kraken knows Amelia, and they did custom work with it in the past, but I don't know how much they charge at the moment.
