We have been using the Amelia plug in for some time now and have notice that the automated emails to gmail accounts are going directly into junk folders. When this was researched Google advised that the domain or email provider should activate an SPF or a DKIM to prevent this happening. This has been an ongoing issue that if not rectified will mean we will have to choose a different booking system plugin. Please can you advise?

Hello Jo-anne,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Can you please let me know which Mail service you have configured on the Amelia/Settings/Notifications page?
Looking forward to your reply.
Kind Regards,
