I'm using Step-by-step booking form 2.0 without displaying the "employee input field" and experiencing the following issue. Assume there are two or more employees assigned to one service.
Assume a user proceeds with the booking form 2.0 and picks a timeslot and then goes to the next step. At this moment, all timeslots of all employees are selectable.
Then this user changes their mind, let's assume this user goes back to the first step (Service Selection screen), and then tries to pick up a different timeslot again.
In this case, Amelia only shows available timeslots of only one employee who was selected for the timeslot that this user picked before
I guess Amelia remembers the employee selection when users pick the first slot if even the employee input field is set to "hidden".
I want to reset the employee selection every time users come back to the first step. Do you have any workaround to fix this?
Please let me know if my explanation is not clear enough.
You're right, Amelia selects the employee when a time slot is selected, so when you go back that same employee is assigned, and the time slots of other employees will be hidden.
There's no workaround for this yet, but I asked our developers if they can think of one and if they can change this behavior for one of our upcoming updates.
Our developers already discussed this, and they agree that the logic should be changed in this regard. I cannot guarantee that it will happen soon, but it is going to be attended.

Hello Yamato.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
You're right, Amelia selects the employee when a time slot is selected, so when you go back that same employee is assigned, and the time slots of other employees will be hidden.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
