We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello. I need a wordpress plugin to organize a board game event.
I need (at least):
- Registration of players to the gaming tables.
- Creation of game tables, with a limit of players.
- Feedback of full tables (and status of the rest of the tables)
- Feedback by mail of the registration to a table
Your wonderful system, allows me to do this? There are more and more board game events, and I think these features would be very interesting.
If your system allows it, how much time do you think I will need, once the license has been purchased, to implement a one-day event, with about 30 game tables, in 5 different places in the city? Approximately.
The event is free, but I am also interested, for future events, in the functionalities with payment by reservation.
Infinite thanks for your future answer! ;)
David.
Hey David.
Sorry for the late response and thank you for your interest in Amelia.
Registration of players would be achievable by simply posting the booking form on the front-end and defining the number of players in Amelia.
Registration of players to the gaming tables - essentially the same, since they'd need to choose the table.
Creation of game tables - I assume these would be fixed events, so fixed date and time? If that's true, you should be using the Events feature. With this, you'd be able to create multiple events, name them differently and define the capacity. If there's an event that has 5 tables (for example), you can add the tables as tickets and define their capacity, so each table has its capacity.
When the form is visited, it will show the availability of tables as left seats.
Email notifications are included, and you can configure them on your own.
If Amelia doesn't suit your needs, we have a 15-day money-back guarantee, so you can submit a refund request during this time and be fully refunded.
Of course, if you require any assistance you can always reach out to us.
P.S. Our response times aren't usually as long, but the colleague this ticket was assigned to is out of the office, so it took some time for us to reach his tickets.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
