A customer for whom I installed Amelia encountered a problem: every user who books an event is created in wordpress.
My client constantly receives mails of created users and mails with 'User X has changed his password', which is very confusing.
Is it possible to avoid this? If not, I am obliged to remove it.
Thank you
Hello Giacomo.
Sorry for the delay.
You need to access Amelia Settings/Roles/Customer and disable the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" option:
This will stop creating WP users when someone books through Amelia.
Kind Regards,
