I would like to change the label for %payment_type% in my email notifications.
Also, is there a way to resend the approved appointment e-mail to the customer?
not as such. You can cancel the appointment and you can turn off the option notify the customer and then you can approve it again and a customer will receive the new notification that you have set.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible.
You can add a disclaimer below explaining what Stripe means, and I'll forward your suggestion to our developers, so they can work on it for one of our upcoming updates.

Some of our customers don't know Stripe. and they don't understand.
I would like to change the label of "%payment_type%" to "credit card".
