I would like to create a table with the average data from the entries stored by user in a form. For that particular action i'm using frm-math shortcode combined with frm-stats and i noticed if i run the shortcodes in the cell table is not working at all. I run the same shortcode in the page where the table is and is executing it and providing the data. Also i run different shortcode ( different plugin in my wordpress instalation ) in a different cell and the shortcode is being executed
Can you please guide me how to solve the execution of the shortcode in table cell?
I allready have the setting to parse the shortcode in the wpdatatable settings.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

I am honesty not sure if our plugin can work in this particular use-case,
and i don't have any experience with frm-math shortcode or frm-stats.
Generally speaking, if you have the "Parse Shortcodes" enabled in main wpDataTables settings, you should be able to render content of other plugins,
but perhaps this particular functionality is not possible yet.
We will check with our 2nd Level Team, i am not sure how much troubleshooting/advise we will be able to provide,
THe database type was normal one and i was using the combination of frm-math and frm-stats to compile a shortcode which will provide an average/total values based on particular criterias ( weeknumber and userid collected from a form).
I noticed that the shortcodes were not executed probably because the parameters were not "transported" to the wpdatatable environment.
I managed to have a workaround with PHP Code Snippet and made it work.
Thank you for your suggestions i will try to see if i can solve it using wpdatatable.
Thank you for this update, i am glad that you were able to make a workaround with PHP Code Snippet.
In the meantime, our developers took an initial look,
and it seems to them it might be a conflict on your site between our Plugin and something else,
since another shortcode is working in another table.
If you wish us to troubleshoot and try to debug this issue,
you could send us a cloned version of the site and our devs will try to debug it as soon as possible.
Could you please send us a cloned version of your website so that our developers can install it in their test environment and work to isolate the issue?
It will generate a duplicate copy of the site that you can send me (along with an Administrator user log-in credentials),
and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.
Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via something like 'wetransfer.com' or 'Google Drive' for example and send me the download link.
Just check to send us a PRIVATE reply, for security reasons. Thanks.

Hi, Adrian.
I just wanted to keep you posted,
we could not confirm if this should work as intended with our 2nd level Team, so we escalated this question with our Developer Team,
they will take a look and advise us.
Could you just confirm a couple of additional details, i forgot to ask you,
which table type are you using, is it a table linked to source Formidable Form,
or perhaps another table type?

2. And as an alternate option, if i understood and you just need to get an average value from numeric entries in a field,
did you try using our own Calculation functions, for "Average"?
If you didn't try this already, please check :
Calculating totals, minimum, maximum and average values in WordPress Tables.
You will find it in a numeric column settings/Data Tab/Calculate Average :
And you can also paste the Average calculation shortcode of that column and paste it on any page or post.
Let me know if that can work for you as alternate approach,
we will still check about passing the Formidable's Math calculation through our cells as well.
Thank you.

Miloš Jovanović

If yes - I'll ask you to install the All-in-One WP Migration plugin.
It will generate a duplicate copy of the site that you can send me (along with an Administrator user log-in credentials),
