We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
We work with mainly event series but want to keep the series open for bookings until the last event is passed. Is it possible to close or hide past events to be not bookable anymore even though the series is still running?
Thank you!
Hello Franziska,
I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?
We wish you all the best.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic [email protected]

Hi Marko
Sure, with pleasure:
For example the Pole Master Mix is scheduled for 3 consecutive Mondays. We leave it open for bookings until last course day. At the moment the first Monday, May 22nd is still open for bookings, even tough it is in the past. Would it be possible to somehow make events in the past unbookable?
I hope now you understand better what I'm looking for. Thank you!
Hello Franziska.
Marko is out of the office, so I'll jump in.
This is actually a multi-day event, which closes when the event ends (in this case, on June 5th):
Currently, if I'm not mistaken, you've configured this event so it closes on June 5th, or sometime between May 30th and June 5th, correct?
If you edit the event, and configure it so it closes on May 22nd, the event date on June 5th will also close.
You can edit these events and change the date when the event closes, but please note that this will apply to all events in the series. This is the whole event (3 dates, from May 22nd - June 5th) and if you enable the "Booking closes when the event starts" check-box, it will close on May 22nd.
If you configure a custom closing date, all previous dates will still remain open, but people wouldn't be able to attend (obviously) since it's in the past. They'd basically be enlisting the event dates that remain in the future.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
