Thanks for the generous offer, but I would still like to be helped to adapt your application to my site. Here is an example of what I really dislike (007.jpg ). You can see how the address field is too short. This does not mean that you do not fully think over what you are doing. This is a small example, but indicative. there can't be an address field with such a short one. I see that you have a form divided into two columns with such a screen width and there is no way to fix this except in the code. And in general, the question of external adaptation of the booking form to the style of the site is very open. If they can help me in this matter, I will return to your Plugin. Also, I don't like that the shape seems to be flying or protruding above the on-line content of photo 008. I would like to get a flat style. Although I will solve the problem using CSS, but it will take me much more time than a non-professional than you.
