I initially signed up for the basic annual plan, but within an hour or so I realized I needed to upgrade in order to use packages.
I submitted the upgrade payment successfully, as seen on my account dashboard (see attached).
After upgrading, the packages option has never become available.
I have deactivated and reactivated the license twice, including completely deleting and reinstalling the plugin. I've cleared cache and done a hard refresh in my browser.

Well, I went in and configured the form while I waited for a response, and when I went back to the services page - there was the package option!
I'll leave this ticket here in case anyone else runs into this.
