I have recently installed the Amelia free plugin for a client website. After setup on the website, it is showing in pc only, but not in mobile or tablet.
I tried to find a solution, but I found nothing.
So can you please help me on that, what might be the problem, why it is not showing in mobile or tablet?
Thank you and my regards. The plugin is really cool.
This is not possible. We went on your site and we can not see the booking form on the desktop either.
Can you please try and see if the booking form is only showing to you when you are logged in to WordPress? Please see if you can see the booking from the incognito window.
I think I have got this, I have activated the 'Membership' option from dashboard General settings and set the 'New user rule' to 'Amelia Customer' and the booking form is showing now.
The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
Same issue. Recently installed the free Amelia plugin. After setting it up on the website, it only displays on the laptop but not on mobile or tablet. Additionally, even after logging out of WordPress, it still appears on the laptop and in incognito mode.
Could you please assist with this issue and advise on why it's not displaying on mobile or tablet?

Hello Marko,
Thank you very much for your reply, and yes it is exactly as you said, the form is only showing while I am logged in to dashboard.
So why it's happening, I have published the form with services. Did I miss anything here?
Kind Regards
Fahad
