Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi.
In reviewing your documentation I see that when setting up Zoom integration, you are requiring permission to not only view all user information, but to view users information and manage users. Can you explain how you use the latter, and if the integration can be accomplished without granting permission to manage users? We deem that to be a potential risk as some of our 'employees' are third-party contractors who have no business managing any user-related properties on our Zoom account.
Thank you.
Hello,
We have forwarded your ticket to our level 2 agents and as soon as we get some feedback from them we will contact you immediately.
Kind Regards,
Marko Davidovic

Hi there.
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The scopes that you're configuring are for the application (Server-to-Server OAuth application in Zoom) so you're adding scopes that you, as the owner of the application, can view and manage all user meetings, view all user information, and view users’ information and manage users.
These scopes don't assign these capabilities to the users. Moreover, Amelia still can't allow your employees to connect their personal accounts, so in order for you to allow your employees to link to their Zoom accounts, you need to add them as Users, as mentioned here.
I hope that helps!
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
