We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I'm trying to create a wedding chaperone service for a dog groomer that sits outside of her normal hours. The most expensive option includes an overnight stay so the booking needs to cover 2 days. eg. 10am Friday to 10 am Saturday.
The first issue is trying to create an available employee for the service. I am using the special hours option for the employee but if I set the hours from 0:00 to 24:00 then it says she's 'away'. However, if I set 0:00 to 23:30 then there are no avialable slots to book as the service is 24 hours/
I can get it to work by making the service only 23.5 hours and setting the special hours from 0:00 to 23:30. However, it will not let me specify a start time other than 12:00 am - 11:30 pm. You can see an example of this here: https://barkworks.co.uk/wedding-dog-chaperone-service/
Is it possible for a user to select any 24 hour period?
I think I have sorted this by removing the specials days and instead creating a new employee (Wedding Service) whos hours are 24 hours and they only have wedding services assigned to them.
The only thing is that it won't allow me to specify a start time, it just shows the time slot as 12am – 12am.
Hello Mark,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
With this script, you could change it to say "Book This" (or anything else), except for actual time slots:
If you place this script on a page where Amelia's booking form is, they will see one-time slot for each day, with the only option set to "Book This".
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
