Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello, I'm thinking about purchasing Amelia for a tutoring service that would include employees.  However, I was wondering does Amelia show employees how much they've earned in their dashboard?  I would also, like to know is there any option for employees to withdraw their own earning into their paypal accounts or does Admin have to pay each employee individually?  I would like employees to be able to see what they've earned and be able to withdraw their earnings by sending it to their paypal accounts themselves.  Please let me know.  Thanks

    Hi, Alexis.

    Sorry to disappoint you, but none of these options are available in our current Amelia's capabilities.

    1. It is not possible to see how much employees earned in the Dashboard.

    In the Amelia Dashboard, at the moment we only have this Revenue tab/graph, which shows the total income for all paid appointments in the chosen date range, but it is not possible to filter by a specific employee there.

    If you wish to see this in the future,

    please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page

     to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.

    You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates;

    and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.

    2. In the Employee Panel, it is also not possible to show how much an employee has earned.

    3. Is there any option for employees to withdraw their own earning into their paypal accounts or does Admin have to pay each employee individually?

    -

    Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments and  it does not store any funds,

    but we have integration with several payment systems.

    You can check out more details about all the payment method integration on our documentation pages, they are:

    PayPal, Stripe, RazorPay ;

    WooCommerce integration;

    Mollie integration

    At the moment, there is no way for each employee to connect their PayPal Account.

    The Administrator will set the main PayPal Account which will be connected to process all Amelia Bookings payments.

    You can also add this idea as a future development suggestion, and our devs will do their best to work on it in the future.

    Additionally, I just wanted to point out that we have pages with Demos, that you can use to try out the plugin's features - https://wpamelia.com/demos/

    and there is a 15-day money-back guarantee period, so if you purchase the plugin, you can safely fully test it out,

    we would assist you with our support along the way, and if it doesn't fit your needs you can request and receive a refund in that period.

    Let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks.

    Kind Regards,
