I would like to hide locations for services and packages in the booking form since all services are online. Could you please help out with the CSS for this? Alternatively, is there a way to add an online location?
It's set to hide, but the location is still showing up as in the screenshot attached. I have to set a location for the therapist, but it shows up in the packages. However, all services are online so it could be confusing for a client. Is there no way to hide this with CSS?

If you're using the "Catalog Booking Form 2.0" you'd navigate to the "Services and Packages Overview" step, click on "Options", scroll down a bit and disable the "Package Location" slider:
If you're using the "Step-by-Step 2.0" form, you can use this CSS on the page to hide the location:
