Simply love the plugin. For our 'experiences' (services), we only want the time slots 15:00 - 16:30 and 17:00 - 18:30 to be booked. So just 2 options: 15:00 and 17:00. How can I do that?
For that purpose, you need to set the working hours for the employee to be from 15-19h, and set the buffer time after for the service to be 30 minutes.

For that purpose, you need to enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option.
Please test it out and let me know if it works or not.
