The reason why the form is not visible for non-logged-in users is not in Amelia, but instead in your security settings. They're either configured in a Security plugin (if you have any), or they're on your server's side.
The best option would be to reach out to your hosting provider, send them the link of the booking page and tell them exactly what you told us - you can see the page when you're logged in as an admin, but you can't see it from an incognito window (or when you're logged out). They should be able to lift the block, so admin-ajax calls are sent for non-logged-in users also.
I've asked my server's service (HostGator) and they said there is no security issues that could block the Amelia plugin from showing the form on my website. I have deactivated all the security plugins (Word Fence) and even the GDPR plugin... but didn't work.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It is really working! I would never think about that solution! So the problem was on my backend. My bad. Thanks a lot for your help! Amelia is a wonderful tool and I am glad to get it working again in my business!!!
Hello, TMS Plugins.
I've just installed Amelia on my website.
But the Amelia form doesn't appear on the URL if I'm not loged into my WP account.
It only appears a message "Manage Consent".
You can check on the 3 printscreens attached.
Can you help me to solve this?
Feel free to contact me via WhatsApp (+55) 11 98633 7820 (Brazil)
All my best, Leo.

Thank you, Leonardo and sorry for the late response.
Marko is out of the office, so I'll take over.
Can you please update Amelia to v6.3, purge cache and try again?
If it still doesn't work, please let me know and I'll go back in and see what I can do.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Leonardo.
The issue seems to be resolved.
I accessed WP Rocket's Advanced Settings and added the page to "Never Cache URL" and "Always Purge URL" sections:
Please check the page without being logged in and let me know if it works

Hey Leo, you're welcome.
It's not your fault. Caching plugins tend to concatenate scripts and CSS, so they mess with our styles and JS, causing the form to break.
Our developers have been struggling to find a permanent solution to this, but I don't know if it's possible. We'll see.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
