if I ad a new customer in the back end, like we talked about below, and this customer has a different vouchtercode then the vouchercode a existing customer in this "group" already has, the existing vouchercode seems to get changed for the existing customer as well (also the counting in the history of voucher use of this customer!).. can you please check that, that would not be good.
Also, if I want to change 1 customer appointment in this "group" It will be changed for ALL customers.. So I have to delete a customer apointment and make a new entry for the appointment (this is of course not so efficient..). Or is there a other way.
Also the internal note field is getting lost this way, there seems to be only ONE internal note field for ALL customers in this "group" while I want to book them seperately?
Applying the coupon through the back-end works only for appointments with 1 customer. If you add a new customer from the back-end, the coupon field will disappear. If you want a customer to be booked for the same appointment with a coupon applied, you'd need to open the booking form from an incognito window, apply the coupon and choose the same service, employee, and the same time slot.
If you enable the "Payment from link" option, the customer would receive a notification where they'll be able to pay from the email.
If you're adding a customer without a coupon (from the back-end), they will receive the payment link if you add it in the notification, regardless if the appointment is approved or pending (we've changed that recently).
The internal note applies to the appointment, not the customer. Customers have internal notes when you access Amelia/Customers section.
I created a service that can take a group up to 8 customers.
I booked 1 customer via back end appointments, that works.
When I want to book another customer in the same time slot, I can not, I do not get the slot, Amelia thinks it is occupied..?
This is not good.
I need this back end approach, because the service is not showd on the front. It is a special group thing we only can book in back end.
HELP, this is not correct.

For that purpose, you would need to edit the already-existing appointment and there, add another customer.

ok, and when I ad those new customers this way, will they all individually receive a notification mail (with a woocommerce paylink)?
And when I need to delete one customer, does'nt that delete the whole appointment??

It only works if the appointment to set to "Pending" and also if the payment links option for that specific service is enabled.
Here is how you delete only one customer from the appointment.
