We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

i have a lite version. on your website you say i have to make sure i do not the delete the tables and use a setting to update to the pruchased version ... but i do not see the option
Hi, Griet.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

First make sure to have this option checked/enabled, in your main Lite plugin settings/
Prevent deleting tables in database.
After this, you have to completely remove your Lite version of the plugin,
and install the full/premium version manually.
Your existing tables and settings will be safe because we enabled that setting from above.
There is no setting to upgrade from Lite to Full,
but you have to download your premium installation from the TMS Store Account,
then follow these steps to install and activate it.
Installation
Let us know how it goes.

i deleted the tables because i could not wait 2 days
Hi, Griet De Groote.
Sorry to hear that.
If you need to retrieve any lost tables, you can check with your hosting support if they have any backup/previous version of the site that you could revert to before it was deleted,
then try to find the setting, it is the same in both Lite and Premium version of our plugin, as described with the screenshot on the Documentation you saw.
If you try this and still are not able to see that setting, we can take a remote look for you, if you can provide us with Admin credentials.
Just make sure to check reply as PRIVATE, for safety reasons.
We will be here if that is needed. Thank you.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
