As I try to help myself by looking at public tickets that have been resolved, it's very frustrating that the posts display from the newest one first. So in order to see the initial problem and the process that went into fixing it, I have to start at the bottom and read the post backwards.
Can you fix it so that, like practically every other help forum in the world, the posts display from oldest to newest?
