Absolutely, you can easily achieve this with our Conditional Formatting feature.

It is just not possible if you use a Simple Table.

But for all other DataTable types, you can do this.

Here is my example, if i have this table and want to color any row that has value of "Engineer" as "Business Type" Column.

We add this Conditional Rule in that Column, in "Conditional Formatting" :
