We were using Amelia with a working Google Connection for some time. Recently the Google 2 way sync stopped and I had to change the connected Calendar.
So I renewed the licence and followed this tutorial: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/ It all went as expected only there is no sync at all, neither way. I also enabled the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots".
thanks for your quick reply. I increased the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" to the max. 2500. the syncing from Amelia to Google Calendar is working now, but not the other way around. Busy slots are not synced with Amelia calendar in the website. See my settings in the attachement.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
After checking the calendar, and re-reading your previous response, I believe there may be a misunderstanding here since you said "Nothing put in de Google calendar will come to the Amelia calendar.".
This can't happen - busy events in Google Calendar can't be shown in Amelia. They can be blocked, yes, but they can't be shown.
If we take a look at June 27th, we can see all available time slots for this day:
On the 28th, there's a busy event on your calendar:
This time is successfully blocked in Amelia:
So, the integration seems to be working normally, it's just that you maybe expected to see these event in Amelia?
Thanks a lot! You are right, it is working..... I must say, I did expect to see things in Amelia calendar but it's fine like this.
One last question: On the booking form I have a custom field: Opmerkingen: (notes, in dutch), how can I make it appear in the Google Calendar? I tried all kind of codes with %code% including %Opmerking% but it doesn't work. Can you tell me how to do this?
Access Amelia/Notifications and click on the "</> Show Email Placeholders" button. Then hover over the custom field to see which one is the correct one.
Click on the custom field placeholder to copy it and then paste it into Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, in the Description field.

Hello Ariane,
Thank you for the Google Calendar access and for your patience.
At the moment, there is a 2FA on your google account and I cannot log into it successfully.
Can you please disable 2FA for a while until I perform checks?
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Uros,
The client doesn't like to share the google calendar credentials yet. Can you let me know what I have to check for the sync to work?
Thanks in advance,
Ariane
