I have been watching your video about the customer panel and I have a question about cancellations when the customer has paid for the service. If a customer cancels the service, is the refund done automatically?
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.

I'm afraid, at the moment there's no feature for refunding Customers in Amelia.
Therefore, refunds should proceed manually through the payment system.
This feature is on our to-do list for future updates. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.
