you can use this CSS selector to manipulate text color, background color and any other style you wish to add via CSS to that element of the selected date and time of the booking calendar :

    font-weight: 400;
    background-color: rgba(205, 147, 111, 1) !important;
}

In that example, we just chose black text color and background color as the brown shade that you already used, but of course, you can use any colors you need, or add more styles.

Custom code needs to be applied to the page where the booking form is. Depending on what you're using (Gutenberg blocks, or some page builder), adding the CSS or JS can be done in a few different ways.
