At the moment, you can add the URL through the database, but please note that it will come up as HTML:
So, it's a bit ugly, but at least it works.
To do that, you need to access the wp_options table in your database, and in there search for "amelia_settings" in the "option_name" column. It will return one row, so you need to edit it. Look for “ics” and you'll see this:
This was the old workaround perhaps this is not possible anymore due to changes in Zoom. For now, this is how it works and we'll work on a new solution in the future.

You can share and the Zoom link with Amelia. You asked about adding it to ics file.
You can send the Zoom link in notifications to your customers, you can also find it inside the appointments and events information.
If you are looking like an employee/admin or manager user in Amelia for the appointment you will find a link once you click on the appointment in the appointments list or if you click on the “Edit” appointment option and then open the Zoom tab. You will see two links there, one for the host and one for the participant, so if you need to send a link to the customer again you can send them a link for the participants. If, on the other hand, you are looking for the link in events, open the Event page, click “Edit” Event and you will see both links right away below the date and time settings.
Customers can also find their link if they access their Front-end Customers Panel.
The link will be shown once they click on the three dots icon next to the appointment/event and click on “Join Zoom Meeting”.

for your explenations ... that's clear, and I knew it before.
The thing is, that where you set the .ics file there is an option for "meet", but not for "Zoom".
(see screenshot attached)
Of course you have various options to send the zoom link, but isn't it the easiest to find it in the .ics in you calendar at the moment you need to join the meeting.
The customer doesn't want to search beetwen many Emails or visit the clients panel with login credentials when he can have it easy.
1 question: Can this zoom option be added in the .ics settings with the next update please?
PS: FYI
For the moment I try to help myself by putting an instant permanent zoom link into the.ics. file description
The suggested placeholders aren't the only placeholders available in there, so you should still be able to copy the Zoom placeholder from the email Notifications, and paste it - it should work.
If it doesn't work, you can share your database access credentials with me (in a PRIVATE response), and I'll add it for you.
Under Settings/Notifications/Set Ics File Description
I can find the option for:
%google_meet_url%
but not for Zoom.
Why?
I mean it does make sense to send the "Join Zoom-Meeting" Link even in the .ics file which makes the calendar entry.

Hi Marko,
1)
so this means, that actually with latest update 6.3 there is no way to share an automaticalle generated Zoom-Link with each appontment booking!?
2)
what is the timeframe you think to resolve this matter?
Hello Thomas,
