In the step-by-step booking view, it gives customers the option to add the event to their calendar in the end, which is confusing because I've just integrated my Amelia with Google Calendar, so they are automatically getting a calendar invite for their appointments already. Is there a way to turn off the step-by-step booking option to add to calendar?
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. You can just change the label like this
Maybe it can be achieved with the custom CSS. You can send us the your page where Amelia is placed and a coupon if service must be paid so that we can book the appointment.
My apologies for the misunderstanding maybe I have misunderstood you. You have option called Show Add To Calendar option to customers in general settings. Cna you please try that and see if this works for you?
