I have 2 issues regarding the appointments section.
1st) Why once I approved an appointment for a client in a time slot, this will block the chance to book other appointments for others clients in the same time slot even if I have 2 employees working the same day, for the same time with the same active services?
My status is pending default status
2nd) I have one service with maximum capacity 4 and 2 different employees with the same active service.
I would like that customers fulfill the maximum capacity of the employees even if the the customer are different groups.But when a customer group is of 4 people and other customer group is 2 people, the employees are not longer available. I have tried also to allow to exceed the maximum capacity but I see that it does not work.
1. We can not test this since we can not find our booking form on your site only the customer panel is visible
Please go to each employee's work hours and check if both of these employees have this service set in their work hours.
2. I'm afraid that we didn't quite get what you want to achieve exactly? Can you explain to us in a little more detail, and send us a couple of screenshots?

That is, the operator is blocked only with the reservation regardless of how many people there are and not with its maximum capacity.

Please check your capacity for service and what is the capacity set for that employee in edit employee assigned services also make sure that your settings are set like this in appointment settings

About the point number 1, I will try to explain a little bit more:

What I mean is, when I approve in the backend, the time slot is blocked for other customers. If I leave in pending status, Amelia allow to receive others bookings for the same time slot.
We covered this also please check your capacity for service and what is the capacity set for that employee in edit employee assigned services.
We ask because if the minimum capacity is set for example to 3 and the maximum to 5 all booking will be in poending status until 3 customer books. It this is not the case we would to take a closer look and this service. Please tell us for which service this happens and also please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
