I have recently updated my pricing, and it was just pointed out to me today by one of my clients that my website was still showing old prices in addition to new ones. I have gone through all my services twice to check my prices are updated on the services page, which they are, but they are still not showing correctly on the front end. This means I have inadvertently been charging people different prices, and have also lost out on the increased prices.
I saw someone say that they had this issue and had to delete all prices and start again, but it won't let me do this because I have active purchases on bookings all the way through until the end of July.
I deleted the Amelia forms (I had both individual and packages as options) and tried to add them, but they're still showing old prices and I also seem to have now lost the option to do a package form. I have now deleted bookings from the page because the prices aren't right, but need to sort this ASAP so I can resume taking bookings.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.

When you update the prices for services, you need to click on the "Update for all" button when the "You will change a setting which is also set for each employee separately. Do you want to update it for all employees?" message pops up.
Please try it out while updating the prices now and let me know if it works or not.
I have updated the prices but it's not coming up with that pop up message and when I try putting the Amelia booking page live again on my website I can still see old prices that are not shown in my services page. I have also deleted the services for my other employees (who are on different rates, so I can't click on apply to all employees) so that I can click apply to all, but I am still having the same problem.
I have sent another temporary login link. Yesterday I went through the services and changed each of the prices and updated them again, but when I put the Amelia catalogue back in my bookings page, it is still showing old prices. I have sent you a list of the prices that should be on there. I would really appreciate assistance on this because it has been over a week now that my clients have not been able to use the booking system.
That is the page where I normally take bookings. The reason I have the message on there saying my bookings are currently down is that I have had to take the Amelia booking calendar off because (as I have now explained a number of times) the prices are still showing incorrectly. I CANNOT have the booking calendar on there while it is showing the wrong prices. I have tried deleting prices to re-enter and update. I have tried deleting the cookies and history on the browser and starting again. I have also removed my employees prices and updated my services again. I cannot delete my services completely to start again because I have active bookings for those services until the end of July. Every time I put the Amelia calendar back on to the page it still shows that I can take a 60 minute booking for £30 and also for £35 (two old prices) and not the £38.50 that it shouldn't be. I have explained this to you and have also sent two temporary logins so that you have access to all the information you need. I have put the prices that should be visible on the website in a private message to you. I have now had no bookings calendar for two weeks and you still haven't given me a solution.

Yes, I have just tried this but when I put the booking calendar back in I can still see options for old prices, so have had to take it down again.

I have sent a temporary login. Has anyone looked into this for me yet please? I am currently not able to take bookings.

Hello Louisa,
Since there are different prices for different employees, can you please let me know for which employees does this issue occur?
Looking forward to your reply.

I have now solved the problem, thanks to the help of a colleague.
