I have two locations, a pavilion hall (L1) and a sports field (L2). These are operated separately for bookings. If a customer booked a Yoga session in the pavilion hall (L1) on 01/06/2023 at 11am for one hour would another customer be able to book the sports field (L2) for a football game at the same date and time/duration or would this be rejected as a duplication/double booking.
You can achieve this with Amelia but in this case if you want to offer 2 services at the same time you need to create 2 employees. If you have 1 employee working on 2 services at the same time as soon as it is booked on service he automatically becomes unavailable for a second service in that time slot to prevent double booking.
