I would like to create invoices for service / package reservations using webhook. I am using Make.
For a 1 apppointment, it is no problem, Amelia sends a price and service name and category id. I can set a correct price on the invoice.
Problem is a package, I use a reservation formular step by step 2.0 and when someone clicks on service, I offer them a package (enclosed url). Amelia webhook is for a reservation (package with reserved sessions is not in offered webhooks), so it makes multiple requests to Make. Wouldn't be a problem as`isPackageBooking` parameter is present, so I know it's a package. I can also skip multiple repeated requests because `isLastBooking` is present. Perfect. But there is no correct price, the price shown is for a service (price is for 1 appointment) and there is no package id or package name.
I would be happy with any of the options - correct package price, package id, package name, any of which would allow me to determine the price. I don't want to store and retrieve how many times Amelia has sent request to Make from a person in specific time to calculate price. Is there a way how to get either: correct package price, package id, package name in single request fired by Amelia? Have I encountered a bug?
Can I ask about a possible time when I can expect this - is it a matter of weeks or months? If it would be a longer period, I would need to come up with a workaround...
We do not have that information at this time unfortunately but hopefully, it will be implemted in the next couple of months. But we can not guarantee that at this time since we are already working on some major features and a complete redesign of Amelia.
