Is it possible when the customer is done booking an appointment, it'll automatically get added in their Google Calendar?
Currently this works fine on the Employee side, but when it comes to Customer, they have to click on "Add to calendar" in the Appointment Approved email.
Oh okay. But is there a way to add the direct link without putting it inside an ahref? We want to add the google meet link within the .ics file's description
But it's wrapping it in the text "Join with Google Meet" but it's not clickable as these Calendar apps don't consider hyperlinks wrapped inside texts

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. They need to click on the button so that appointment can be added to the calendar.

No, this doesn't work in that way and we can not influence this. That is not our product and we can not change the way how they work.
