We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi I'm not receiving any feedback on my numerous problems with this plugin.

    1. How do customers cancel and reschedule appointments?

    2. Why am I not receiving an access link to the email I purchased with?

    3. How can customers register?

    4. How can I add a consent form or checkbox to agree to terms to the booking form?

    5. When will distance payment calculator for house-calls be available?

  • Wolf Ferrari replied

    Hello.

Also is there a way to allow the customer to change appointment if it is done within a certain timeframe such as 12 hours after booking?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Customers can reschedule or cancel appointments on the customer panel.

    2. Can you please log into the TMS Store with the email you used to purchase the Amelia license?

    3. At the moment, the only option for customers to register is to book an appointment through Amelia.

    4. To add a link to Terms & Conditions, you can use "Checkbox" or "Radio" custom fields. In the custom field you need to add an anchor tag like this:

    <a href="https://wpamelia.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms & Conditions</a>

So this text appears as a hyperlink that opens a new tab (target="_blank") and takes the customers to your Terms & Conditions without them leaving the booking form. So the custom field on the back-end would look like this:

    6933203237.png

As you can see, we made this radio button a mandatory field, so no one can book an appointment without checking the "I agree" button.

    5. At the moment, there is no ETA on when this will be implemented, but I hope that it will be implemented in the near future.

    6. For that purpose, you can use the "Minimum time required before rescheduling" option for reach service.

    Hope this helps you.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.

    Kind Regards,
