We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
In google calendar's integration, `%appointment_status%` field shows `Approved` `Approval pending` strings.
But they are too long to be shown in calendar's title, like below.
ex.)
Approval pending Thai Massage 60min John Smith <--- Too long.
And, these are very short & nice to see, like below.
ex.)
- Thai Massage 60min John Smith <--- pending
o Thai Massage 60min John Smith. <--- approved
I hope `%appointment_status%` field's display strings in google calendar could be customizable.
Hello Ryo,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic

Hello Uroš.
Thank you for your reply.
Hummm???
I think I misled you.
At the moment, I don't think I need to give you temporary WP-admin account.
I use Amelia, translated in Japanese language.
Amelia shows `承認済` or `承認待ち` in Google calendar by `%appointment_status%`.
So I translated by myself, `承認済` to `Approved`, `承認待ち` to `Approval pending`.
I guess this wrong(?) translations misled you.
And, the shortened title I wrote means "I want to show customized strings in Google calendar by `%appointment_status%` field, instead of `Approved` or `Approval pending`. I prefer shorter customized one, like `-` or `ok`".
Does it make sense?
Hello Ryo,
I understand, I will have this passed to our management and hope that in the future it will be customizable, as it is not at the moment.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
