I was wondering if this software can be implemented into my new website that is being rebuilt. It will be ready in the next few weeks. The online booking that we are currently using is the wix booking calendar. The company building the new site is Marketing 360. They have told me all they need is to embed your software into the new site. Is this possible or is it just Wordpress websites?
As Amelia is a WordPress plugin, it only works in a WordPress environment and as such cannot be used on other platforms.
Unfortunately, currently, Amelia cannot be embedded to another website.
But maybe there is a way to achieve this, but unfortunately, at this time we don't have an easy built-in solution.
We will do our best to develop a more user-friendly solution in the future.
At this time, it can only be achieved if you make a booking page on the subdomain,
and then on the main domain, to make an iFrame, which would pull the data.
Unfortunately, we don't have any tutorials, or examples to show you, sorry about that.
But you can check out resources that can be helpful to get you started, such as this one here.
I hope it will help to at least get you started in the right direction.
If you wish to see a built-in solution for this in the future, please feel free to search through our feature suggestion page,
to see if someone may be already suggested this feature. If you can't see it, feel free to add your suggestion there, and as more people vote, the feature will move higher on the priority list.
You can certainly follow our changeLog page if you'd like, where we state any changes/new features/bug fixes during updates and our newsletter, so you're informed about new features, bug fixes, freebies, etc.
We have another product called Trafft that is SaaS, and this can be used with iFrame. You can read more about it on this link https://trafft.com/.
If you have any more questions please open another ticket and we will gladly help you there.
