Hello, we have recognized that our Amelia Dashboard and the appointment calender on our site doesn't work. When we want to create a new employee, the plugin returns the error "Request failed with status code 500". We also have uninstalled the plugin. But it doesn't solve the problem. Furthermore we have deleted all database tables from Amelia but the error still occurs. Moreover we aren't able to see the appointment calender, the integrations of Zoom and Outlook and we can't see our license activation in our plugin settings. Sadly we don't know why this error occurs but we don't know how to solve this problem. And yes I have reinstalled the plugin.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Marius,
We have found the issue. We have a conflict with BuddyBoss with the latest version 2.3.3
Please go back to the previous version 2.3.2 and then purge the cache and Amelia should work fine after that.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
