We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Hello!

    I am trying to set up services that will be available seasonally. I have set up services for spring, summer, and fall and also assigned them to the staff. The issue I run into is that there is no way to define what months these services are available to be scheduled without setting up a special day for every staff member for every day that they work. This would be incredibly tedious to do, and just would take too much time to set up.


    My question is, how can I set up a service to be available only certain months of the year without using special days to manually change every single day that every staff member works? I am aware of how to assign the service to the staff, and how to set the staff availability, but I would like certain appointment types to be available on a rotation throughout the year.

    For example, an appointment in the summer session should be available only in May, June, July and August. Once September begins, we would like for the Fall session appointments to be available for scheduling, but no longer the summer appointments. How can this be achieved?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. The only way to achieve this is with special days that you already mentioned. And special days must be set for each employee individually. THere is no other way to achieve this.

    Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
