Will you please provide me a refund for $83.74. I recently renewed my subscription. I've been a fairly happy subscriber for a year with only minor incidents.  But now I can not view any Amelia data.  It's as if I just installed the program.  I'm missing important business detail and new clients can't make and pay for their appointments.  I have not added any additional plugins. Now I have to pay for another online appointment scheduler. I hope you will promptly provide me a refund, especially since not only have I paid TMS Plugins for the subscription, I'm also have to pay for a new scheduling application so I can conduct business as expected.

A big part of the reason I'm now requesting a refund is because Amelia was not properly working for us just before my subscription renewal (please see my ticket history). I had decided to not renew and the concern was fixed in the next Amelia update. So, I stayed loyal and renewed our subscription.  

Now we already have another concern with Amelia and customers can not make appointments and we are delayed in accepting revenue.

Although Amelia has the best functions I have used in an online appointment application when it is working, we can't afford the downtime. 

I think it's proper with our history of recent concerns affecting our business close in proximity to the subscription the TMS Plugins refunds the $83.74 subscription I recently paid.
