following scenario as it is happening right now:

1. Customer books appointment, filling 2 custom fields (for customer address)
2. For the next appointment, the admin wants to add it via backend
3. When the admin is creating the appointment, the custom fields are empty
4. Why are the inputs from the original booking not stored?
5. Is it possible to store them somehow for future use?

thanks for the reply. Please consider adding customer connected fields for address/city as an option for the future (just like phone number is optional but still connected to the customer).
