We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, I have the version pro plugin, Amelia, I want to create a custom booking for a test ride moto. So I have 1 Category, 1 Employer, and with some Services in my case (motorcycles) the flow is next: 1) Participants have a list in front with some models of motorcycles with time slots available (between 10 - 17), every participant can reserve 1 model in 1 interval time (like 10:00 -10:30). The problem is how I can do a reservation for another model but in the same interval of time? Now, If I will book Model X for 12-05-2023 / 10:00 - 10:30 is ok, BUT if then I will want to do a book for Model XY for 12-05-2023 / 10:00 - 10:30 I can't because the slot time is used for Model X. In my case, I want to book for some time.
Is a possibility to have slot times independent for every model? Or still another way to config this? 2) Another question, I can create a combination or something like that, to put some service visible on-site, but to be booked just for periods 22 - 28 MAY?
Thanks,
Hello Lavric,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
1. For that purpose, you will need to set up different employees for each vehicle that you have available.
2. If you want to set specific working hours and days for the specific service, I would suggest that you set up Special days for the employee.
Hope this helps you.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Kind Regards,
Uros Jovanovic
