Solicito devolución del dinero pagado por este plugin Amelia ya que esta presentando demasiados fallos y aquí en soporte las respuestas casi siempre son :"Por el momento no hay solución" o copian y pegan lo que ya esta en documentación.
Algunos de los fallos que mas me están afectando son:
- Al hacer cambios en los formularios no quedan guardados y se debe estar reseteando el formulario. eso conlleva a perder demasiado trabajo de configuración todos los días.
- No toma los campos de correo electrónico y teléfono como obligatorios para los clientes, aun que se tiene activada esta opción.
- No valida la opción "limitar numero de reservas" que se configura en configuración general.
y otra cantidad sin numero de funciones que fallan cada día. ¡ESTOY CANSADO DE PERDER TIEMPO Y TRABAJO CON AMELIA!
por lo anterior, ha sido un pluguins que me ha hecho perder bastante tiempo y recursos y no se ven los avances positivos.
solicito devolución de dinero y retiro del codigo de compra adquirido.
