Amelia works well in a multisite environment. If your subsites are subdomains from the main domain, then you can use Basic (1 domain) license.
If each subsite has a different domain, with our Pro licence you can use Amelia on 3 domains, or if you have more, our Developer licence allows use on an unlimited number of domains.

Hi, Luke.

1. Regarding syncing all subdomains to work as same installation/same site;

that is not possible.

Each sub-site is like its own website,   so you can install and setup Amelia on each of them,

but they will each store its own data about booked appointments, etc.

In situations when we need to migrate/move all data from one site to another, 

you can manually do that - but it is not possible to "synchronize" all appointments between multiple subsites like that.

2. In regards to using the same Stripe Account as the Payment configuration,

you can do this - but you have to manually set it up on each subsite separately.

All the funds will then go into same account.

3. In regards to employees schedules,

for example if you make Employee A on the site 1,  and Employee B on site 2;

if you use our synchronization of Google Calendar sync or Outlook Calendar sync and you connect both employees to same Calendar,

then Amelia is going to add up all appointments in one Calendar.
