I've been using Amelia now for almost 3 years. I've creating new Services and Amelia will not save my text content.
Is there a limit (words/characters) for the Description box? I've tried using by 'text and HTML' options with no joy. I've also tried removing 50% of the copy and the system then saved the content. However, I then added another short paragraph and the save function did not work again!
This is becoming very very frustrating and I'm close to using another plugin.
Hello Marko, I'm pasting from Google Docs into the Service Description box. It's not saving, but if I reduce the content in this box to much smaller content it'll save!
We just got the feedback from our colleagues and they have told us that the description is TEXT in the database, which means it has about 65,000 characters.
You need to go to diffchecker.com and paste the HTML and see how long it is.
Please check how many characters you put in that field. Based on your screenshot, we cannot know what is not working and why it is not working.
