I have two different services, one with online zoom, one onsite. Approved appointments sent out the same Approved notification to both onsite and offsite services. I only want email to include zoom link for online service, not onsite. Onsite service doesn't get zoom link. How do i setup this way. Thanks
Unfortunately this is not possible if this is the same service. You can create two separate services and then you can create new custom notification for zoom service that will contain zoom link.
This is the only way to achieve this at this time.
