Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

Hi,
I am trying to book an appointment for a client in the backend.
I navigate to Amelia > Services > Packages > Manage Packages and select my test customer account.
I click "Book appointment button" and select all of the correct info (screenshot02.png).
When I try and select the date (13 May) or any date in May, the dates are "greyed out" (screenshot03.png)
The dates from the 1st June are accessible for bookings (screenshot04.png)
When I log in through the front end using the same test customer's account, then 13 May is available (screenshot05.png)
Please assist

Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thank you for the update on this.
The issue is that there are already bookings throughout the month of May and we have an issue with the package bookings when there is already an appointment on certain time slot.
We have noted this and we will have this resolved for one of the future updates, but there is no ETA on this.
