Hello, we have a problem with our website that we think it is related with Amelia, since now we used de WP session of the logged in employees to display other things related to them. I explain a bit more:
- Employees log in through the employee panel
- When they log in they also get a WP session
- We use that WP session to check if they are logged in and show things related to them on the screen.
The problem comes when a few days an employee don't get the WP session when he logs in.
He have a WP account with "amelia-provider" role connected to his Amelia Employees account.

I don't think that we need to lose 3 days to know which is the version of the plugin. Remember you have access to our WordPress and you can check it out whenever you want.

Yes, it may work with a new user, but I would like to resolve the issue with this user to prevent encountering the same problem with another user in the future. Creating a new user is not a favorable approach as we cannot create new users every time this situation arises again.
