We started having issues with some charts created in highcharts.js - tooltips disappeared for some charts after new browser versions released. After we updated wpdatatables to the latest version 5.5. is resolved some problems but not all. It is happening only in blink browsers (chrome, edge, opera) and works fine in Firefox and Safari on Mac. Also, tooltips looks fine when I'm looking at chart in designer mode.
Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.

Yes, i am unable to reproduce the issue from my end, when we visit the page with the charts,
on Chrome, Mozilla and Edge it looks the same with proper tooltips.
Just a couple of screenshots with Mozilla and Edge for demonstration :
It seems it might be a browser issue or a caching issue.
I would advise purging cache on the WordPress by any caching plugin,
and to clear the cache and cookies of the browser from the device where you saw the issue.
We will be here, let us know if you need any assistance from our end.
