I've read the documentation and watched the tutorials but I still I need help understanding how payment links work.
In the settings says I can create a custom payment link, but it doesn't seem to be as customizable as it claims. I've created a payment link with my bank app so people can pay the right amount straight in my bank account, but amelia ignores the link it and sends people to paypal instead, or whatever gateway will be active.
Please, I need urgent help to manage this late payments for my recurring appointments. My business is a mess and Amelia offers very weak payment solutions for latin america, and the woocommerce integration only makes things more complicated.
This is how it works, you can not get payments directly to your bank account the payment must be done through one of the payment getaways that have integration with Amelia.
Amelia itself doesn't handle the payments but we have integration with several payment systems such as: PayPal, Mollie, Stripe, WooCommerce and RazorPay.
If you have any more questions please open a new separate ticket for each question and we will gladly help you there.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
