I'm sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, something like this is not yet possible.
We will work on this in the future, but at the moment it can't be done unless you delete the customer from the Customers section.
So, if you need to delete the customer altogether, you can delete him/her from this section, and all his attendance will be cleared. That's the only way at the moment, otherwise you'll need to access each event's attendee list and remove the customer manually.
We do apologize, we have tested this and it is not possible to delete the customer unless you cancel his appointments first. This is how it must be done at this time.
Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
