within the customer role settings if the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" has been disabled since the beginning of the setup, now if i want to enable it and also "require a password for login" will all my existing customers be able to access their bookings still? as i assume they would not have any wp login credentials?
Hi
within the customer role settings if the "Automatically create Amelia Customer user" has been disabled since the beginning of the setup, now if i want to enable it and also "require a password for login" will all my existing customers be able to access their bookings still? as i assume they would not have any wp login credentials?
thanks!
Hello Mike,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The "require a password for login" option is referring to the customer panel login and has nothing to do with a WordPress user.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

OK so what if there is no wordpress user, where does their password come from?
Hello Mike,
Customers in Amelia can also set their password and it will be connected to their Amelia account.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
