I have resolved this but can't figure out how to close it.

If i understood, you have now resolved the issue?
We will temporarily close the ticket, but will be on stand by, let me know if you still need our assistance with this.
If you meant to close the ticket from your end - it is not possible for our users to do that, only we can close a ticket,
or it will auto-close after 7 days if nobody writes on it.
